The BIMAQ (BIM Assurance Quality) solution checks the reliability of a digital model against a 3D point cloud. The BIMAQ solution takes a RVT (or IFC) digital model and a 3D point cloud (E57, LAS, RCP, etc.), and generates a colored 3D point cloud, as well as a BCF (BIM Collaboration Format) file to help locate discrepancies between the 3D point cloud and the digital model, and also an XLSX file to obtain quality statistics for each class of element in the digital model.
